There is no reason to be concerned about costs skyrocketing from expansion either - as Federal Data maintains very low plateau increases in this sector regardless whether your company doubles, triples or even quadruples in employee count from internal or acquisition growth. Further, you maintain total authority as to how your employee background screening program is administered. You may elect for a straight forward "PASS / FAIL" result based on your organization's preset screening criteria. All criminal datasets of any available type is polled by standard inclusion to cover the most thorough; misdemeanor, felony, dept. of corrections, 50 State U.S. Sex Offender + DC, Guam, PR and outside reporting countries / territories, global criminal data, U.S. Homeland Security, FBI, Interpol, U.S. Secret Service, terrorist watch/wanted, over 155 U.S. State Police and over 1,700 other unique and overlapping databases. This screening is the most thorough available to non-government agencies throughout North America. Each plan possesses "UNLIMITED" volume usage and include complete customization to your criteria with NO OPTIONS to add except for the following (2) opt in/opt out by the search options.
(2) Options: There is never an additional cost to bare regardless of volume than the Plan Rates posted above except in the specific screenings that you elect to include a MVR Drivers License and/or CDL Abstract (for employees driving on behalf of the company or having access to company vehicles) in addition to there being one major city of the U.S. (Los Angeles, CA) that keep specific criminal records from their 48 municipal courts throughout the city proprietary. (To clarify; a pocket of 48 municipal courts spread throughout the city of Los Angeles, CA, requires a premium per search fee if you elect to poll/include those 48 municipal courts. Although our coverage in CA and for that matter LA County, CA is superior - the city of Los Angeles does not cooperate to release criminal records from those specific 48 municipal courts unless a per screening premium fee is remitted - regardless of volume). HR Program Agreement Terms: Clients may cancel their plans with written notice of cancellation with or without cause on a month to month basis - no "long term" obligation applies. Federal Data may only amend or cancel the HR Plan by providing 90 Days Advanced Written Notice of such change or cancellation. Plan fees are billed on a monthly basis with the 1st month being due and payable upon activation of your services and continuing on thereafter in a like billing format. We accept check payment, Visa, MC, AMEX, PayPal or EFT. Client Plan Fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated. Additionally for organizations electing their clocked monthly Plan Fee to be paid by company check - processing and delivery time may vary so and it is understood by Federal Data. As such, Clients will be provided with a 7 day monthly grace period on their account in those cases.
